'Breaking Light' by Felicity Robinson

Straying into a new colour pallette, this is one of three paintings in the series 'Edge of Spring'. In dark blues and yellows these mixed media acrylic artworks do indeed sing of spring. Felicity celebrates the natural forms found in nature and our place within it. This piece is has conotations of a landscape and perhaps water, with the flecks in the upp portion perhaps representing tree branches but always open to interpretation.
